Alisha Soper grew up in Seattle Washington where she studied ballet and modern dance at Cornish College of The Arts Preparatory Dance Program. She went on to receive a BFA in Acting from Webster Conservatory of the Arts in St. Louis Missouri. A month after graduation Alisha packed up her belongings and moved to New York where she lived for five years performing OFF Broadway and OFF OFF Broadway as well as in commercials and independent films.
Alisha is now a LA based Actor who is best known for playing Marilyn Monroe on the 10th season of American Horror Story. She can also be seen playing Marilyn Monroe on the pilot episode of the Emmy award winning Ryan Murphy mini series FEUD: Bette and Joan on FX, as well as on the second season of Lethal Weapon on FOX. She has appeared on the tv shows Grey's Anatomy ABC, American Housewife ABC, Powerless NBC, and had a recurring role on Just Roll With It onThe Disney Channel. Throughout 2020 she found ways to stay creative doing volunteer appearances as Marilyn Monroe for The Motion Picture Television Fund Retirement Home's internal television station. After successful readings in NY and Los Angeles she has continued virtually workshopping the new play by Luke Yankee Marilyn, Mom and Me playing Marilyn Monroe. She also appeared as Sidney Prescott in 88Twenty Productions' genre bending virtual production QuaranScream which played to sold out audiences and rave reviews. Alisha is also a huge animal lover and has two very lovable rescue dogs and has big dreams of one day having goats as well. |
